Construction crews have been busy the last few months at the new Kalona Farms receiving bay! This milk receiving and separating facility is located just outside of Kalona, Iowa. Here are a few photos of the construction!  

The buzz this time of year at Kalona Farms is all about “the flush.” The flush is when winter turns to spring and the milk volumes temporarily shoot through the roof. Though this is a wonderful time of year, watch the video below to learn why it’s also one of the most stressful times of year.
